The committee aims to develop strategies for training and development while working to transfer the appropriate technical and practical skills in a way that keeps pace with the challenges represented in the changing work requirements. The goal is to prepare employees in the field of factoring to work with the highest efficiency by informing them of the latest global work methods, ultimately advancing this industry and positively impacting the national economy.
⚫ Cooperating with local and international training centers.
⚫ Organizing conferences and seminars at the local, regional, or global level to exchange expertise and learn about the latest international work methodologies
⚫ Studying and implementing training programs under the supervision of the Egyptian Factoring Federation, utilizing industry expertise or external professionals. The certificates granted for these programs must be approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
⚫ Facilitating experience exchange between the training committee of the Egyptian Factoring Federation and the training departments of companies (if available) to ensure high-quality training that enhances employees' efficiency.
⚫ Collaborating with key institutions, such as the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), the Egyptian Society of Accountants & Auditors (ESAA), and the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI), to conduct extensive research and studies that develop the work environment for factoring activities.
⚫ Coordinating with local and international organizations to secure sponsorships and supporters for various conferences.
⚫ Providing scientific and practical advice on training matters for the board of directors and/or Federation members, either independently or through external specialists.
