⚫ A copy of the license to practice the activity for financial factoring issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority.
⚫ A recent extract from the commercial register (no more than three months old).
⚫ A statement of the names of the members of the board of directors and their jobs in the company on the company’s letterhead stamped with the company’s stamp and signed by the chairman of the board of directors or the managing director.
⚫ A statement of the names of the occupants of senior management positions (if any) on the company’s letterhead, stamped with the company’s stamp and signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the managing director.
⚫ Receipt of payment of the joining fees + the annual subscription fees in the account of the Egyptian Factoring Federation.
⚫ Union membership fee: 30,000 Egyptian pounds (thirty thousand Egyptian pounds only) and is paid once upon obtaining a license to practice the activity from the Financial Regulatory Authority.
⚫The Joining Fees is 55,000 Egyptian pounds (fifty five thousand Egyptian pounds only) to be paid on the 1st of January of each year.
⚫ If Any Factoring Company joined the Federation during the first 6 month of the year, the membership must be fully paid.
This is in accordance with the decision of the General Assembly Meeting of the Egyptian Factoring Federation held on May 17th, 2020, which decided to set the joining fees at 30,000 pounds to be paid once upon joining the federation, in addition to setting the annual subscription fees at 55,000 Egyptian pounds (fifty five thousand Egyptian pounds) annually to be paid in January from every year).
