The Egyptian Factoring Federation was established with the aim of strengthening the relationship between factoring companies operating in Egypt.

Contributing to the development of factoring activities, increasing awareness, and promoting initiatives that support the factoring industry.

Engaging with international and regional federations to exchange expertise and strengthen factoring industry practices.

Code of ethics

Ensuring that the Factoring Federation members implement the code of ethics and follow the rules regulating their obligations and rights

Conferences & Events

Hosting and participating in local, regional, and international conferences to foster industry growth and knowledge-sharing.

Training courses

Organizing training programs to enhance the skills of professionals in the factoring industry, either through the federation or in collaboration with other organizations.

Rights of members

Protecting the rights of members and addressing any obstacles that may hinder or delay their operations.

Executive Management

According to the Article of Association of the Egyptian Factoring Federation, the Board of Directors consists of Seven members who were elected from the members of the General Assembly of the Egyptian Factoring Federation.

Specialized Committees and Executive Management

Assists the Board of Directors in carrying out its work in accordance with Article 40 of the Articles of Association.

Membership Affairs Committee

The committee seeks to include all financial factoring companies in Egypt within the federation and ensure its services benefit all members. It also oversees membership procedures and subscriptions to encourage active participation.

Training & Development Committee

The committee develops training strategies to equip financial factoring employees with essential technical and practical skills. It keeps them updated on global best practices, enhancing industry efficiency and contributing to the economy.

Complaints & Dispute Committee

The committee aims to settle complaints from federation members' clients within a month. If no suitable solution is found, the federation will escalate them to the Financial Regulatory Authority with a report and recommendation.
