For the second time in a row, Dr. Mohammed Omran, the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), is re-elected as the Chair of the Growth and Emerging Markets Committee (GEMC) and the Vice Chair of the international Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), for the term 2022-2024.
